Last year we had a terrible time understanding all the things you had to do to get the proper ticket to get out of the garage. Since Ceasars took over I do NOT like the parking.

Only problem we have is with the parking. Great us upon each visit and every morning as we pass through the lobby. Love the hotel, rooms and especially the staff. We always like to stay at Harrah's Hotel in New Orleans.
